Project Sales Manager - Government

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.

• Minimum 2 years of experience Project Sales Manager.

• Experience in Interior or Building Materials is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of Government and BUMN procurement processes.

• Established network and proven relationships within Government and/or BUMN institutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Proactive, target-driven, and highly motivated to deliver results.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth through Government and BUMN projects.

• Identify, develop, and manage a strong project pipeline.

• Build and maintain relationships with key Government and BUMN stakeholders.

• Develop project opportunities and turn them into successful business wins through effective sales strategies and negotiation.
