OD & BP Manager

About the role

This role involves developing and implementing Organization Development strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth, leading organization design initiatives, and managing competency frameworks and job classification systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Organization Development strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth

• Lead Organization Design, including organizational structure, reporting lines, job roles, and manpower structure

• Develop and maintain Competency Framework, including competency dictionary, competency mapping, and competency gap analysis

• Lead Job Classification & Job Leveling, including job evaluation, grading, and career structure

• Lead Business Process Management, including process mapping, SOP development, workflow, and RACI

• Review and improve business processes to identify gaps, duplication, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies

• Partner with HR and business leaders on organizational restructuring, process improvement, and change management

• Provide data-driven recommendations to management to improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Organization Development, HR, Business Process, or related areas, with managerial/supervisory experience

• Strong experience in Organization Design, Competency Management, Job Classification/Job Leveling, and Business Process Management

• Experienced in developing competency frameworks, job evaluation, process mapping, SOP, and process improvement

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
