About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Consumer Service Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Back Office Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of back-office operations related to company management

• Handle procedures such as VISA acquisition and renewal

• Perform various tasks related to company establishment and operation

• Support the acquisition of Halal certification

• Develop work regulations

• Other general tasks necessary for company operation

Job Requirements:

• Business level Japanese

• More than 5 years experience in back-office or administrative roles in Japanese company

• Understand HRGA or Japanese visa support well

• Has knowledge or expeirence in new establishement company will be plus
