Tour Staff

About the role

Staff Tour at a start-up travel agency focused on international Halal Tour experiences. The role involves creating tour itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, managing customer documentation, marketing tour packages, and handling tour operations.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange Halal Tour itineraries according to package specifications and customer requests

• Coordinate with suppliers including airlines, hotels, ground handling, and other service providers

• Calculate tour package budgets and costs, ensuring margins meet targets

• Manage customer documentation including customer data, visas, and insurance

• Market tour packages that have been created

• Handle problems during tours and provide solutions

• Prepare tour reports after departures are completed

• Perform other tasks as requested by management

About you

• Minimum education: SMK Pariwisata or D3/S1 in any field (Tourism preferred)

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; experience in travel industry is a plus

• Skills: Communicative, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, strong negotiation abilities

• Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheet; Canva or social media skills are a plus

• Willing to work overtime during peak season or when required
