About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Property company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Marketing Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on apartment and office rental prices, including market segmentation analysis

• Plan and execute research, strategic initiatives, and projects within set timelines

• Prepare property listings, verify client documents, and provide consulting services to clients

• Conduct marketing activities to attract new clients, list properties, and support the end-to-end transaction process

• Handle client requests and complaints related to apartment services

• Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients, agents, and technicians

• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports

• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate

• High conversational (or above) in Japanese (has JLPT certificate) and English

• Fresh Graduates are open to apply (with part-time or internship experience)

• Willingness to frequently visit sites to assist customers and tenants

• Bright & cheerful personality, enjoys interacting with people
