Technical & Project Support Internship - Machinery - Jakarta (B-132910)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in East Jakarta.

• Our client is a Machinery company. Currently, they are looking for Technical & Project Support Internship.

Job Responsibilites:

• Support sales team in administrative tasks related to warranty and non-warranty reports monthly using CRM and INFOR systems.

• Assist in customer data management and sales documentation.

• Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support.

• Help maintain sales records and track sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for sales support requirements.

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis activities.

• Support the sales team in preparing technical data.

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations via the CRM system.

• Support general administrative tasks and paperwork related to marketing and events.

• Prepare sales tools for events.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Final-year Bachelor's degree students or Fresh Graduates in Engineering from a reputable university.

• Strong interest in technical products, sales, and commercial activities.

• Business English proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period.

• Not currently attending regular classes, either online or offline.

• Smart, proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
