Production Manager - Plastic Injection - Karawang (B-134042)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Karawang.

• Our client is a Manufacture (Plastic Injection) company. Currently, they are looking for Production Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations based on SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) across multiple shifts.

• Manage production planning, capacity calculation, and manpower planning.

• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies.

• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective, data-driven countermeasures.

• Improve productivity, efficiency, and cost performance metrics.

• Identify and mitigate production risks and bottlenecks.

• Maintain constructive relationships with the labor union and manage workplace conflicts.

• Collaborate with other divisions (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) to meet quality and delivery targets.

• Monitor and report production KPIs and performance indicators.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

• Other task assigned.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Business English proficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager in the automotive plastic injection molding industry, with proven experience managing a production team of at least 200 employees and working in a unionized environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills using tools such as 5W1H and Fishbone Analysis, with solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and production capacity planning.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict management skills.
