About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Business Development Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the sales/business development team

• Manage client acquisition and maintain client relationships

• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research

• Prepare and customize proposals, and support negotiation processes

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

• Collaborate with related departments to support business objectives

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field

• High-conversational level of English

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development from manufacturing and export industries

• Proven experience in team management, client acquisition, and proposal development

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Good understanding of manufacturing and export business processes
