About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Director to join PT GongDa Prima Solusindo in Jakarta Raya on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal leadership position within our organisation, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, strategic planning, and financial management. As Financial Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management and the Board. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and long-term goals

• Oversee the management of all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to optimise financial resources and liquidity

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives

• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements, including audit coordination

• Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalise on growth prospects

• Collaborate with other departments to support operational efficiency and cost optimisation initiatives

• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role such as Financial Director, Finance Manager, or equivalent

• Professional accounting qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent recognised qualification

• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements

• Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software, with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications and business intelligence tools

• Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing finance teams

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record of contributing to organisational growth and profitability

• Integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial governance
