Junior Quantitative Researcher

You will support senior researchers in data management and empirical analysis and grow your skills in applied econometrics and policy research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Public Policy, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; a master’s degree is a plus
• 2 years of experience in research or data analysis (fresh graduates with strong quantitative training are encouraged to apply)
• Good understanding of basic econometrics; exposure to causal inference methods is a plus
• Working proficiency in Stata, R, or Python; familiarity with data visualization tools or GIS is a plus
• Experience handling micro data, through coursework, a thesis, or internships
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
