Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Flight Ticket Sales Specialist to join our team full-time on-site in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily flight ticket sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers via email and phone, assisting with sales inquiries, and contributing to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day flight ticket sales and booking operations.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service via email and phone.
• Assist customers with their flight ticket inquiries and purchase decisions.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient booking process for all clients.
• Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in flight ticket sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s culture, landscapes, and tourist attractions.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems and office software.
