DMC Product, Quote & Reservation Staff

Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quote & Reservations Staff member to join our team full-time on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, communicating with suppliers, negotiating contract rates, creating accurate quotes and customized itineraries, and providing essential support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage all reservations efficiently.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best contract rates.
• Create detailed and accurate quotes and itineraries for clients.
• Assist the sales team by providing necessary support in selling products and services.
• Ensure a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience in handling reservations and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively sell products and services.
• Experience in conducting training activities is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and local languages; knowledge of Indonesian travel destinations is essential.
• Previous experience in the travel industry is highly advantageous.
