(Travel) Product Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Manager to join our Bali-based team. In this role, you will take ownership of the development and evolution of our travel products across Indonesia, working closely with internal teams and local and international suppliers.

You will be responsible for creating innovative tour packages, maintaining accurate product information, analysing market trends, and ensuring our products remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative tour packages for destinations across Indonesia.
• Conduct research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and travel trends.
• Update and maintain product details in our travel system, ensuring accurate pricing, itineraries, and availability.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth product delivery and promotion.
• Manage multiple travel products and development projects simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry, product management, tour operations, or itinerary design.
• Proven experience using travel systems for product data entry and updates.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and product performance.
• Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
