English-Speaking Sales Specialist

Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team full-time on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for directly engaging with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and actively promoting and selling Come2Indonesia’s unique travel packages. You will play a key role in driving sales activities and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored travel solutions.
• Actively sell and promote Come2Indonesia’s travel packages.
• Manage and track sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide training and coaching to new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record in sales.
• Experience in sales management is an advantage.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Passion for travel and a deep knowledge of Indonesia.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional foreign languages are a plus.
