HSE Assistant Manager (Warehouse Marunda Center)

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive ESH management systems.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.

- Ensure strict adherence to K3 Regulations and all relevant local and international safety standards.

- Lead incident investigations, providing detailed reports and effective corrective actions. - Organize and facilitate safety training programs for employees and contractors.

- Manage environmental compliance, including waste management and emission monitoring.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety audits and government inspections.

Persyaratan

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Health and Safety management.
• Mandatory certification as Ahli K3 Umum (General OSH Expert) recognized by the Ministry of Manpower.
• Expert knowledge of K3 Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health standards.
• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence safety behavior at all levels.
• Ability to work full-time on-site and manage emergency response protocols effectively.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems is highly preferred.
