AI Marketing Specialist

Role Description:

We are looking for an innovative and data-driven AI Marketing Specialist to join our team and help transform how we market travel experiences using the latest artificial intelligence tools.

In this role, you will combine digital marketing expertise with AI, automation, data analysis, paid advertising, and content optimisation to improve marketing performance, increase conversions, and develop smarter workflows across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use generative AI tools to create and optimise high-quality blogs, social media content, and travel guides.
• Build, test, and manage automated marketing workflows across email, social media, and global booking channels.
• Analyse audiences and manage paid advertising campaigns across different channels.
• Analyse traveller behaviour and booking trends to optimise advertising spend.
• Design and refine effective prompts for SEO and digital advertising strategies.
• Track, analyse, and report key marketing metrics.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Explore and implement new AI tools and workflows that can improve marketing performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or growth hacking, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector.
• Proven experience with advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, automation, content, and performance marketing.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong interest in emerging AI technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
