Spanish-Speaking Sales Specialist

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our team full-time on-site, focusing on the Spanish-speaking market. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients in Spanish, providing exceptional customer service, and actively promoting and selling Come2Indonesia’s travel packages. You will also manage sales activities to ensure that client inquiries are responded to promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients in Spanish, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Actively promote and sell Come2Indonesia’s travel packages to Spanish-speaking clients.
• Manage and oversee sales activities, ensuring all inquiries are answered within 24 hours.
• Provide training and coaching to new team members as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.
• Experience in providing training and coaching is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sales management is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of Indonesia’s culture, landscapes, and tourist attractions.
• Fluency in Spanish and the ability to communicate effectively with the team in English.
• Knowledge of other foreign languages or Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
