🔎 Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales experience at Supervisor / Assistant Manager level.
- Strong experience in managing existing customers and developing new clients.
- Proven experience in new market development and identifying new business opportunities.
- Experienced in prospecting, approaching, negotiating, and acquiring new customers.
- Experience handling Developers, Contractors, Distributors, Property Companies, or other B2B customers is highly preferred.
- Background in Building Materials, Interior, Door, Furniture, Construction, Property, Manufacturing, Distributor, or Trading industries is highly preferred.
- Experience managing Sales Team members is a plus.
- Experience in sales planning, budget, KPI, sales forecasting, and sales strategy is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage sales targets, sales pipeline, sales progress, and multiple customers effectively.
- Fluent in English.
- Possess a valid SIM A.
- Willing and able to work in Surabaya.
- Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
- Japanese language ability is a plus.
