About the role

Lead formulation development and optimization for new pharmaceutical products from concept to commercialization. Oversee formulation trials, scale-up activities, and technology transfer to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead formulation development and optimization for new pharmaceutical products from concept to commercialization

• Oversee formulation trials, scale-up activities, and technology transfer to manufacturing

• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Production, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful product development

• Ensure compliance with CPOB/GMP and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the product development lifecycle

• Lead and develop the Formulation Development team while driving innovation and continuous improvement

About you

• Professional Pharmacist (Apoteker)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development

• Strong expertise in formulation development, scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer

• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience at Managerial level or +7 years as senior scientist formulator is advantageous
