Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 8,000,000 / month
Cocoup Furniture is a growing furniture company dedicated to providing quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated and communicative Sales Assistant to join our Surabaya team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product inquiries, selection, and purchases

• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners

• Provide product information, pricing, and promotions clearly and professionally

• Handle customer orders, follow-ups, and after-sales support

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to meet sales targets

• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers

• Assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks related to sales

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant work experience is a plus

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) mandatory

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented, proactive, and customer-friendly attitude

• Willing to work in Surabaya

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / messaging apps)

• Prior experience in sales, retail, or furniture industry is an advantage
