Production Supervisor - Karawang Indotaisei - WFO (ID: 708592)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse production performance, productivity, and operational efficiency to ensure production targets are achieved.

• Prepare and present production performance reports, including productivity trends, output achievement, downtime, and operational KPIs.

• Lead and supervise production teams while promoting effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

• Monitor manpower allocation to support production targets.

• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Quality, Maintenance, and related departments to resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.

• Review production processes and identify opportunities for productivity improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization.

• Develop and maintain production dashboards and KPI monitoring systems for management reporting.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 education.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a Japanese manufacturing company.

• Proven leadership and team management experience.

• Good knowledge of Japanese production systems, such as 5S, JIT, Muda Muri Mura, Kanban, and Heijunka.

• Good understanding of production analysis, including OEE, Line Balancing, Time & Motion Study, and Capacity Planning.

• Experience preparing and presenting production performance reports and improvement proposals to management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially for production performance reporting and data analysis.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS is an advantage.

• Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is an advantage.

• Conversational English is required; Japanese language ability is an advantage.
