Operation Coordinator for Resaurant in Uluwatu

About the role

Satu Uluwatu is a laid-back and unpretentious restaurant operating since 2001. As we are expanding, we are looking for an Operation Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the venue, including supervising and managing employees, leading food and beverage team in order to provide excellent services, overseeing the restaurants facilities and equipment are well maintained, conducting interviews and trainings, and overseeing floor inventory. This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

About you

• Previous experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor (minimum 3-5 years)

• Experience managing a team with natural leadership

• Problem-solving under pressure

• Attention to detail

• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
