Sales Advisor

About the role

This is a Customer Service & Sales position responsible for delivering excellent shopping experiences to customers in a professional and friendly manner. The role encompasses customer engagement, product knowledge, sales transactions, operational duties, and participation in live selling and promotional events.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers and provide excellent shopping experiences in a friendly and professional manner

• Help customers select products according to their needs, preferences, and budget

• Explain product information comprehensively, including brand, model, size, material, condition, completeness, and price

• Make product offers and assist customers through the purchase process

• Follow up with customers regarding products, orders, and other needs

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat orders

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall sales targets

• Collect a minimum of 40 new customer databases each month and conduct regular follow-ups

• Handle customer questions and complaints effectively

• Maintain products in clean, neat, safe, and good condition; arrange and organize product displays according to company standards

About you

• Minimum D3 education or equivalent

• Experience in Sales, Retail, Customer Service, or similar positions is a plus

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented with strong selling ability

• Confident in interacting with customers

• Interest in fashion and luxury brands

• Willing to work on a shift system, including weekends and public holidays according to work schedule

• Willing to participate in live selling activities, bazaars, events, and company promotional activities

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

• Neat, professional appearance with good grooming

• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated
