Waitress

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational education in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Server/Waitress in the F&B industry (Bars and clubs experience are preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polite and approachable demeanor (English).

• Basic experience operating Point of Sale (POS).

• Basic knowledge of alcohol types, spirit brands, and popular cocktail recipes.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, noisy, and nightlife environment.

• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food & Beverage Service: Serve cocktails, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and bar bites to tables promptly and accurately.

2. Product Knowledge: Understand cocktail ingredients, alcohol types, flavor profiles, and provide drink recommendations based on guest preferences.

3. Active Upselling: Recommend premium spirits, signature cocktails, or bottle service packages to boost sales.

4. Table & Area Maintenance: Clear empty glassware, clean tables, and maintain a neat guest seating area continuously.
