About the role
This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients through B2B and B2C marketing, promoting recruitment, consulting, and outsourcing services, and driving business development activities to support company growth.
Key responsibilities :
Identify and acquire new clients through B2B and B2C marketing
Promote recruitment, consulting, and outsourcing services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups
Develop new business opportunities and achieve marketing/sales targets
Support company growth through effective marketing and business development activities
Requirement :
Good communication skills in English
Confident, creative, proactive, and target-oriented
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
