Business Development Head

About the role

Identify and develop LPK (Vocational Training Center) partnerships, with a primary focus on LPKs located in Bali. This role involves prospecting, outreach, and communication with potential LPK partners, explaining programs and partnership models, and negotiating to secure and operationalize partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop LPK (Vocational Training Center) partnerships, with a primary focus on LPKs located in Bali

• Conduct prospecting, outreach, and communication with potential LPK partners

• Explain programs and partnership models to prospective partners

• Negotiate and follow up to secure and operationalize partnerships

• Maintain and foster strong relationships with LPK partners

• Coordinate with the Business Development Manager at the Head Office regarding progress and partnership expansion strategies

About you

• Minimum diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in any major

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management

• Prior experience or an established network with LPKs (Vocational Training Centers) or training institutes, particularly in Bali, is a strong plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills

• Willingness to travel for business trips/site visits to Bali as needed

• Based in Jakarta (Head Office)
