Job Decription :

1. Analyze Potential Customer

2. Propose Technical & Commercial proposal

3. Project Management and Coordination

4. Handle International Customer

5. Handle Customer of non oil and gas for local company

6. Manage good relationship with mining, heavy machinery and power generation company

7. Creating Customer Prospect Data, Creating Offer Plans, Conducting Promotions, Achieving Sales Targets, Receiving Complaints, After Sales Service, and Creating Marketing Strategies

Requirement :

• Having background education on bachelor degree / master degree of engineering or marketing

• Having 3-5 years experience in manufacturing oil and gas / relevant industry / chinese company

• Having negotiation skill, selling skill, good communication and public speaking

• Confident with in English communication (fluent is a must) and Mandarin is a plus

• Willing to be placed in other area in Indonesia

• Good skill in all of Microsoft Office & presentation skill

• Communication Skill : The ability to convey marketing messages effectively, both written and verbal.

• Data Analysis: Understanding how to analyze market data and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.

• Creativity: The ability to generate innovative and engaging marketing campaign ideas.

• Project Management: The ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and ensure they are on schedule.

• Negotiation: The ability to build partnerships and negotiate with external parties, such as the media and vendors.
