About the Role

Our client, a Japanese trading company located in Jakarta, is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Sales Staff to expand its customer base, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the company's market presence.

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to support long-term business growth.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

• Coordinate and take responsibility for the delivery of goods from suppliers to customers.

• Support the Sales Senior in daily sales activities and operational tasks.

• Report sales activities and progress directly to the Sales Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a trading company, handling products similar to the company's core products.

• Experience selling home appliances or automotive components to manufacturing companies.

• Previous experience working at a Japanese company is required.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in other foreign languages will be an advantage.

• Possess valid driving licenses SIM A and SIM C.

• Good communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and a positive attitude.

• Must currently reside in the Jakarta area.
