Front Office

About the role

Kerjim Wooden Villa offers a unique hospitality experience, combining traditional wooden architecture with modern comfort in a peaceful Balinese setting. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible Front Office Staff member who can also drive to support our daily villa operations and provide excellent guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and requests professionally

• Manage guest communications through phone, email, and messaging platforms

• Provide accurate information about villa facilities, services, and local attractions

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Arrange guest transportation and assist with luggage when required

• Drive guests for transfers or other operational needs when assigned

• Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and ready for use

• Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation

• Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor

About you

• Previous experience in front office, guest service, or hospitality is preferred

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in hospitality are welcome to apply

• Must be able to drive a car and hold a valid driving license (SIM A)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic to good English communication skills

• Friendly, honest, responsible, disciplined, and well-groomed

• Familiar with navigation applications and local roads in Bali is an advantage

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
