Requirements:

1. Personal with a professional and presentable

2. Fluent in English is mandatory, both spoken and written.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Friendly, polite, confident, and able to communicate effectively with international customers.

5. Interested in fashion, styling, and current fashion trends.

6. Able to explain product details, materials, sizes, prices, and promotions to customers.

7. Responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards.

8. Able to manage sales transactions, cash handling, and payment procedures accurately.

9. Responsible for stock checking, replenishment, and maintaining product displays.

10. Honest, disciplined, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

11. Able to work individually and as part of a team.

12. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts when required.

13. Previous experience in fashion retail or sales is preferred.

14. Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.

• Communicate confidently in English with international customers.

• Recommend products, sizes, and styles based on customer preferences.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain store cleanliness, product arrangement, and display standards.

• Monitor inventory and report stock discrepancies to the store manager.

• Handle sales transactions and daily store operations accurately.
