Houskeeper Supervisor In Hostel

About the role

We are looking for hardworking, organized, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain excellent cleanliness standards throughout our hostel. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare dormitory beds and private rooms

• Change bed sheets, pillowcases, and linens

• Prepare rooms and beds for new arrivals

• Clean floors, furniture, lockers, and room facilities

• Ensure rooms meet hostel cleanliness standards

• Report damaged equipment or furniture

• Clean and disinfect toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors

• Refill toilet paper, soap, and guest amenities

• Empty rubbish bins and replace bin liners

• Maintain cleanliness in shared kitchens, lounges, and reception areas

About you

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hostel, hotel, villa, or resort is preferred

• Knowledge of professional cleaning procedures and hygiene standards

• Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Honest, responsible, and punctual

• Good time management skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties

• Fluent Indonesian

• Basic English is an advantage

• Willing to work daytime shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the schedule
