About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Butler Staff member to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests at Kerjim Wooden Villa, a unique hospitality experience combining traditional wooden architecture with modern comfort in a serene Balinese setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service throughout their stay

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out when required

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

• Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other special requests

• Maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and readiness of guest areas

• Provide information about villa facilities, services, and local attractions

• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering attentive and high-quality service

• Follow company procedures and hospitality service standards

About you

• Previous experience in a butler, guest service, front office, or hospitality position is preferred

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in hospitality are welcome to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic to good English communication skills

• Friendly, polite, honest, responsible, and well-groomed

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest service

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

• Willing to learn and contribute to the team's success
