About the role

A Daily Worker Butler position supporting daily villa operations and delivering excellent guest experiences at Kerjim Wooden Villa, a hospitality property combining traditional wooden architecture with modern comfort in a peaceful Balinese setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist guests with their needs and requests during their stay
• Support guest check-in and check-out procedures when required
• Assist with luggage handling and guest arrangements
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and other departments
• Help maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and readiness of guest areas
• Provide information about villa facilities and available services
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Support daily villa operations according to the supervisor's instructions
• Maintain hospitality service standards and ensure guest satisfaction

About you

• Previous experience in hospitality, villa operations, or guest service is preferred
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in hospitality are welcome to apply
• Friendly, polite, honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to work on an assigned daily worker schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Willing to learn and follow company procedures
