Warehouse Leader - Carlcare After Sales (Kalideres)

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and material dispatch

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Ensure materials are properly stored and organized according to the warehouse bin/location system

• Conduct regular physical checks and cycle counts to ensure physical inventory matches system records

• Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the system

• Support timely preparation and dispatch of materials to branch after-sales service centers

• Coordinate with picking team and third-party logistics (3PL) team for accurate and on-time delivery

• Provide daily operational updates and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading team in warehouse operations

• Preferable from Mobile Phone Industry, Electronic, Home Appliances, After Sales.

• Familiar with inventory management systems/WMS; experience with ERP or SAP is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with basic data analysis skills

• Good leadership and team coordination skills

• Strong execution, problem-solving, and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and able to coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners
