Merchandiser Specialist

Job Description

• Manage the distribution of Point of Sales Materials (POSM) for Infinix products, ensuring timely delivery to all stores according to their needs.

• Ensure proper allocation and availability of branding materials at each store.

• Monitor and report on POSM distribution progress and in-store branding implementation.

• Conduct store checks to ensure displays, visual merchandising, and branding comply with company guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of retail activities.
  

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major.

• Based in Jakarta.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, merchandising, retail, or a related field. Experience in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry would be better.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and data management skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
