Sales Supervisor – Mataram (Nusa Tenggara Barat)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor preferably experienced in the smartphone or telecommunication industry to join us in Infinix. In this role, you will lead the sales team, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with partners and customers across the Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers or smartphone store owner while identifying new business opportunities.

3. Analize sales performance and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

4. Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.

5. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports with improvement plans.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
   

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.

3. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.

4. Good understanding of the Nusa Tenggara Barat market and business landscape.

5. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
