Planning Material Control (PMC) - After Sales Carlcare

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure spare parts and buffer stock are prepared and delivered to service centers on time.

• Monitor aging inventory and coordinate with service centers to return slow-moving or overdue materials.

• Prepare monthly inventory reports and analyze stock levels based on past usage and future demand.

• Monitor inventory across warehouses, including incoming shipments, and plan material requirements with HQ.

• Calculate material requirements, coordinate with suppliers, and process purchase orders and payments.

• Support daily PMC operations and prepare regular reports as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Able to communicate in English for daily work.

• Has prior experience in Smartphone, Electronic industry will be preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team.

• Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
