Treasury Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team at our Central Jakarta office on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. The Treasury Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient deployment of financial resources, optimising working capital, and safeguarding the organisation's financial stability. This position reports to the Treasury Manager and serves as a key contributor to our financial operations and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash position and prepare cash flow forecasts.

• Execute bank transactions, including payments, transfers, and deposits.

• Manage bank accounts and maintain accurate banking records.

• Coordinate with AP, AR, and Accounting to ensure timely payments and collections.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and business needs.

• Support loan administration, bank facilities, and guarantee management.

• Maintain treasury documentation and controls.

• Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.

• Monitor compliance with treasury policies and internal controls.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in treasury, finance, or cash management roles

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, and financial risk management

• Proficiency in banking systems and treasury management software platforms

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling

• Solid understanding of foreign exchange markets and interest rate derivatives

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across multiple departments

• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment
