Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist – Individual Contributor

Role Overview

Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support management decision-making and business performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with business units.

2. Analyze financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.

3. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.

4. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights and recommendations.

5. Support business case analysis, pricing analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.

6. Monitor key financial KPIs and business drivers.

7. Coordinate with Accounting to ensure consistency between actuals and financial plans.

8. Support strategic planning and ad-hoc financial analysis requests.

9. Maintain planning models and improve FP&A tools and processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis.

• Strong analytical, modeling, and data interpretation skills.

• Proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools.

• Experience with ERP and planning systems is an advantage.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Able to work independently with a business-partnering mindset.
