About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team at PT. Youwez Kreasi Digital. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that elevate our clients' brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms. You will play a key strategic role in building authentic brand communities, driving meaningful conversations and translating brand objectives into compelling digital content. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated social media strategies aligned with client brand objectives and overall marketing goals

• Create, curate and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars, posting schedules and campaign timelines

• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, follower growth and conversion performance

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates and algorithm changes to optimise content performance

• Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and paid social advertising to expand brand reach

• Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights on best practices and emerging trends in the industry

• Support clients with social media training and guidance on best practices

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of professional experience working as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager or similar role in an agency or in-house marketing environment

• Proven expertise in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms with demonstrated success in growing audiences and increasing engagement rates

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific best practices and content strategies for different audience demographics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social or similar platforms

• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools to track and interpret performance data

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas and think outside the box

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software

• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)

• Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is highly desirable

• Knowledge of content creation tools including video editing and photography is advantageous
