Costing Specialist

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in costing, financial analysis, or manufacturing accounting

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, analysis tools)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and calculate product manufacturing costs, including raw materials, and overhead expenses

• Prepare and maintain accurate costing reports and pricing analysis

• Monitor cost variances and identify areas for cost optimization

• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation

• Provide recommendations to improve cost control and profitability
