Qualifications

1. Minimum education of Junior High School or Senior High School, or equivalent.

2. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Steward in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.

3. Basic knowledge of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

4. Ability to operate a dishwashing machine is an advantage.

5. Understanding of how to clean and maintain kitchen equipment, tableware, and cooking utensils.

6. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

7. Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

8. Disciplined, honest, responsible, and hardworking.

9. Ability to work well with the kitchen team and other departments.

10. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

11. Ability to follow cleaning procedures and occupational safety standards according to hotel or restaurant requirements.
