RPA Developer

About the role

Design, develop, test, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Develop and maintain automation scripts and supporting applications using Python. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing RPA workflows. Monitor and maintain deployed automation to ensure reliability and performance. Integrate RPA solutions with applications, databases, APIs, and other systems as required. Prepare technical documentation related to automation workflows and solutions. Collaborate with business users, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle. Provide support and enhancements for existing RPA solutions in the production environment.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an RPA Developer / Automation Developer or similar role

• Hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath

• Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation, scripting, and system integration

• Good understanding of RPA development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Familiar with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator

• Understanding of API integration, SQL/database, and Git/version control is an advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
