Application Architecture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Application Architect who will be responsible for designing and defining scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable architectures for web and mobile applications. The role will collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders throughout the application development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and provide appropriate application frameworks and technical standards for web and mobile application development.

• Design scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable web and mobile application architectures.

• Provide recommendations regarding infrastructure requirements for application deployment and operation.

• Design and manage back-end application architecture, services, and business logic.

• Define integration patterns and API architecture between applications and external systems.

• Lead and coordinate Application Development activities.

• Review source code and provide technical guidance to developers.

• Ensure the performance, security, scalability, and reliability of front-end and back-end components.

• Support CI/CD implementation and application deployment processes.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and related stakeholders.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Development.

• Experience leading or managing Application Development projects.

• Strong understanding of application architecture and software development best practices.

• Educational background in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Experience with web/backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, JavaScript, CSS.

• Experience with mobile application technologies: React Native, Flutter.

• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

• Experience working with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.

• Familiar with CI/CD processes using GitHub and/or GitLab.

• Experience with API Management and application integration.
