DevSecOps

About the role

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer who will be responsible for integrating application security, automation, infrastructure management, testing, and monitoring practices throughout the software development and deployment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review product requirements and technical design documents to support testing and release planning

• Maintain existing applications, including security patching, application bug fixes, and minor application modifications

• Implement automated functional and application security testing within CI/CD pipelines

• Implement regression testing as part of the deployment lifecycle

• Implement security hardening for application servers, databases, and containers

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration

• Monitor application performance and system health

• Track application and software quality metrics

• Validate release readiness before deployment to production

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or related areas

• Educational background in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Good understanding of Linux environments

• Experience with Python and/or Bash scripting and automation

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code / Configuration Management such as Terraform and Ansible

• Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or DataDog

• Understanding of application security and security hardening
