Product Development Executive (Health Supplements, Nutrition & Wellness)

Join an international wellness company specializing in health supplements, nutrition, beauty, and functional wellness products. The company focuses on product innovation, quality, and developing wellness solutions that align with evolving consumer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product knowledge materials covering ingredients, health benefits, and potential side effects.

• Research and recommend product formulation improvements based on current health trends and consumer demands.

• Analyze ingredients, product costs, competitor offerings, and market positioning to identify opportunities for product innovation.

• Collaborate with medical professionals and the Compliance team to ensure product claims and promotional materials are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnership teams to support new product launches, promotional activities, and product awareness events.

• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers throughout the product development process.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development within the health supplement, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of nutritional ingredients, product formulations, health supplement trends, and relevant product safety considerations.

• Experience in market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product concepts to diverse audiences.
