Incoming Quality Control Supervisor - Medical Equipment - Cikarang (B-133375)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Manufacture (Medical Equipment) company. Currently, they are looking for Incoming Quality Control Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the incoming inspection process for all products.

• Develop new suppliers and monitor current supplier performance.

• Coordinate part problem follow-up with suppliers.

• Supervise quality checks, testing, and sampling to maintain product standards.

• Evaluate and authorize quality reports, corrective measures, and related documentation.

• Ensure company production is aligned with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF).

• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

• High conversational level of English.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IQC/QA Supervisor or minimum 5 years of experience as an Incoming Quality Control Specialist within the manufacturing industry.

• Good understanding of Quality Control and Incoming Inspection systems.

• Proficient in using MS Office.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and leadership skills.
