Maintenance Leader

Job Descriptions :

• Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximise equipment reliability and uptime

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and equipment

• Conducting regular inspections and monitoring the performance of machinery and equipment

• Coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimise disruptions

• Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing corrective actions

• Providing technical support and training to maintenance team members

Requirements :

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer/Leader in the manufacturing industry, FMCG manufacture is a plus

• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices

• Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
