HR Payroll Staff - Manufacturing - Semarang (C-134047)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Semarang.

• Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HR Payroll Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll administration process, including attendance data verification, payroll calculations, and coordination of salary payments

• Review and validate employee attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data to ensure accurate payroll processing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation

• Prepare payroll-related reports and support the preparation of HR and payroll documentation

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve payroll and attendance discrepancies in a timely manner

• Ensure payroll administration and related processes comply with applicable labor laws, company policies, and regulations

• Other task assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Accounting, Education, or a related field

• High Conversational English proficiency

• Min. 1 year of working experience as HR Payroll in a Japanese Manufacturing company

• Good understanding of payroll processes, HR administration, and employee data management

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills
