Site Logistic MEP Construction Project

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Logistics Construction Project to manage and oversee logistics operations for our data center construction projects. The role will ensure timely delivery, proper handling, and efficient coordination of materials, particularly MEP-related equipment, to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations for data center construction projects

• Coordinate material delivery schedules with suppliers, vendors, and project teams

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of MEP materials and equipment to site

• Monitor inventory levels, material tracking, and stock movement

• Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams to align logistics planning

• Handle documentation related to shipping, receiving, and material handover

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and site requirements

• Identify and resolve any logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies

• Prepare logistics reports and updates for management

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in data center construction projects

• Strong understanding of MEP materials and equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

• Experience in handling construction materials, site logistics, and vendor coordination

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• English proficiency is a plus
